Got a cool concept in mind but don’t know where to start or how to get to the desired results?
This is how I can help you.
Step 1 - Definitions & Delimitations
This is the stage where we determine the overall parameters of your project by answering a couple of key questions, such as:
What is this project for? What is the underlying problem we address through it? Who is our target group? Who are we serving or enticing? What is the end goal we’re after?
What kind of deliverable(s) best suits your creative objective? Is it a banner, a poster, a video, a website, or a more complex multidisciplinary solution?
What are the technical requirements of our solution? Do we need external contractors can everything be done in-house? Are we up-to-date with our logistics? Are there any legal considerations that must be addressed in advance?
Depending on how we answer these questions, the project’s parameters may either have to be optimized or redefined. Following the end of this stage, a plan of execution will be created to encompass the entirety of the project through all of its stages, from concept to final deliverable(s). This plan will be presented in a visually pleasing manner via a dedicated tool such MS Excel, Monday, Gantter, or other dedicated software.
My experience as a participant to both the strategic and executional stages of various creative endeavors can help you define a tangible scope for your project that is realistic yet uncompromising in creative ambition.

This is where we cut through the noise and discover how to best achieve your desired results based upon the parameters determined in the previous stage.
This stage is highly conceptual, and depending upon the scope of the project, it can include deliverables such as scripts, moodboards, wireframes, storyboards, and boardomatics. Multiple iterations of these conceptual deliverables may be required to outline a solid creative vision that best suits your professional requirements and personal preferences. The length of this stage depends on the project’s complexity and the amount of iterations required to outline a definitive vision.
My experience as a creative designer makes me highly capable of compiling an extensive list of concepts and references that serve to put your vision ahead in the market.
Step 2 - Outlining the Creative Vision

Step 3 - Management & Execution
This is where we roll up our sleeves and get to work. Essentially, there are 2 intertwined stages to this step: Management & Execution.
Management refers to the supervision of the creative process to ensure it follows the plan and vision we’ve establised in the previous stages. My management style is meant to account for and adapt to unforeseen variables that could either benefit or disrupt the project’s flow. Therefore, the project’s plan of execution will be kept open to optimization throughout the execution phase to account for any technical complexities that may occur and to facilitate a proper redirection if needed. Alternatively, should we stumble upon new findings, an assessment of their potential integration into the project will be devised in ways that are nondisruptive to the process’ flow and the initial creative vision.
Execution refers to the application of a specialist’s technical know-how onto a given objective that is rooted in the project’s creative vision. As far as creative projects are concerned, a specialist can be a graphic designer, a concept artist, a video editor, an animator, a web developer, or anything in between. My skillset is specifically focused on video editing, motion graphic design, and graphic art, though I am capable of handling other areas of design as well if needed or liaise the work to contractors.
My experience serving both start-ups and corporations ensures that I can manage my clients’ creative projects just as well as I can provide professional deliverables that will raise the bar within the industries they operate.

This is where we make sure our work stands the test of time and continues to deliver results long after the project’s completion.
Optimization entails any minor modifications to the end deliverable(s) that serve to strengthen the underlying creative vision in relation to the project’s objectives. In this case, optimization can be described as a series of minor tweaks performed by the project’s specialists to either improve the technical quality of a deliverable or shift the messaging to better suit a specific context.
Additionally, the process of optimization also entails the analysis of the deliverable(s’) impact on the selected market. This is often times done by assessing the analytics behind a deliverable through dedicated software that is either embedded within the dashboard of a media distribution platform (e.g. Youtube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram etc) or available via third party providers.
I can help you shed light on your analytics and optimize your projects so that they can better reach the heart of your desired audience and deliver the results you’re looking for.
